This triple-horn (F/Bb/f-alto) of Yamaha has the enormous advantage that the transition to the high f-tubing is very flexible, even without losing the typical rich horn-sound. Also blending with other instruments is very easy with this horn.

KLAUS FEHR DOUBLE HORN MODEL 3

In April 2018, Dries ordered a new double horn by Klaus Fehr. For some time, Dries is a regular customer with Klaus for the maintenance and reparations of his horn. Every time Dries went to this little workshop at Sibbe and tried the models by Klaus, he always loved the Model 3 Double Horn, and eventually decided to order one. The horn will be expected around December 2020. The Model 3 is a horn with a very rich sound, and yet still plays very flexibel.
